Sheila Babnis is a pioneer, trend-spotter and change agent who prepares individuals, teams, functions, divisions and organizations for future realities. She brings over 25 years of leadership and coaching, both in the United States and Europe, for healthcare and consumer products organizations. As an expert in business transformation and innovation, Sheila works with CEOs and Founders, senior level executives and department managers to develop 21st century business strategies and approaches in innovation for product development.

Sheila’s career spans senior leadership roles in Innovation, Acquisitions and Integration, Product Development, Operations, Distribution and Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality. Her clients in the healthcare/digital/innovation ecospheres range from Fortune 50 organizations, such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Amgen, Atara Biotherapeutics, Hoffman-La Roche, Nine Sigma, to start-ups. She is an Innovator-in-Residence/Fellow/Advisor for Future State, Springboard Enterprises, Launch Pad Central, Columbia University Digital Health Lab, and Gaping Void.

Sheila is a sought-after speaker on innovation in workplace, healthcare trends and practices, 21st century leadership, collaborative platforms, and approaches to increase transformational effectiveness. She is a Board member for Future State and Healthcare Business Association, where she recently also served as the President for the San Francisco Bay Area.

Sheila holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs with minor in Business and French from University of Cincinnati, an M.S. in Statistics and Quantitative Analysis from Southern Connecticut University, and is a certified coach in organizational design and effectiveness, design thinking and operational excellence.
