Elina Lavit holds 20+ years of experience in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 corporations. She had a chance to work in multiple therapeutic areas / domains including Oncology, Neurology, Gene Therapy, Cardiovascular, Surgical and Digital Health. Nowadays Elina is a Strategy & Operations and Corporate Development Consultant. In her last role Elina headed Business Development at OncoNano Medicine (Biotech start up developing delivery technologies for therapies and detection of solid tumors). During her tenureship at OncoNano Elina drove strategic partnerships and business development activities to support continued growth. Prior, Elina served as Executive Director, Program Management at Taysha Gene Therapies, where she was a Program Lead for a gene therapy program in ultra rare neurodegenerative space. Prior Elina held roles of increasing responsibility and accountability in strategic cross-functional and portfolio roles at Myokardia (acquired by BMS) Pharmacyclics, AbbVie, Jazz Pharmaceuticals and Ethicon (a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson). Elina earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Biology and Master of Science in Medical Science from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
